At Kennedy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
